Refund & dispute policy

Effective date: March 21, 2024

This policy outlines our approach to refunds and dispute resolution for consulting services offered by Beatrice Gutknecht.

Please note that all transactions are conducted in USD.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

I am committed to delivering valuable consulting services that meet your specific needs.  If, after 15 business days from the start of our engagement, you are not satisfied with the progress or direction of the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted for the following reasons:

  • Scope Change: If the project scope significantly changes beyond the originally agreed-upon terms.
  • Unforeseen Delays: If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from delivering the services within the agreed-upon timeframe, and we are unable to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
  • Unsatisfactory Performance: If, despite my best efforts, I demonstrably fail to meet the agreed-upon deliverables or objectives outlined in the project scope.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Project Cancellation by You: If you choose to cancel the project before it has begun, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply.
  • Project Cancellation by Me: In the rare event that I need to cancel the project before it has begun, we will provide you with a full refund of any fees paid.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Completed Services: Services already delivered and accepted by you are non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after it has begun, any services rendered up to that point will be charged at the agreed-upon rate

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, we encourage you to communicate them promptly.  I will work diligently to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

Here's the process:

  • Initial Contact: Please contact us within 5 business days of your concern arising by emailing
  • Mediation: If we cannot reach an agreement, we are open to mediation to resolve the dispute amicably.

6. Governing Law

This Refund and Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of Spain.
